@SamsungUS Should never trust Samsung with an expensive monitor purchase. If you ever have any issues with it even if they caused it, they will do everything they can to avoid their legal requirements of honoring your warranty.

Samsung doesn't care once they get your money. Their software is shit and if it causes any issues it's your fault according to them.

@SamsungUS probably has one of the worst customer supports Ive ever dealt with. Never had an issue with a samsung product in over 10 years and the first time I do yall send techs out to my house to do a zoom call and then ignore everything they say and refuse to honor my warranty

@SamsungUS Should avoid samsungs monitors at all costs. Their QC seems to be trash and if you have an issue you either sue them or get no support. These monitors are too expensive to deal with horrible QC and support.

@MicrosoftHelps Im trying to sign in with my account and Ive entered a code from my second email account but it wants a phone number I don't have as well. Sometimes it doesn't ask for this and will let me reset password but says session invalid when I go to save it. is there fix?
