It's very easy to be faithful.

1. Don't be ouchea taking numbers or socials of the opposite sex.

2. Give your spouse FULL and UNRESTRICTED access to your phone.

3. Keep reminding yourself that you married the absolute love of your life, and that they're enough for you. The world will try to make you forget.

4. Rid yourself of the lie that you're "missing out" or "stuck with just one person". Your own person is the best and only person for you. Enjoy that person.

5. You are not a child. You know when someone is kinda sorta feeling you. As soon as you notice this, create distance and separation IMMEDIATELY. Don't use that to boost your ego, the end thereof is cheating.
