@touchmytash Have you received your luggage? My parents are at the Pullman ZamZam Makkah too. They said their luggage was coming tomorrow. Have you heard an update regarding this? And also are their any proper guides there to help you all?
@KAli19625284@amira_koshairy@Motawif_SA The voucher was sent 1am and their flight was at 3:45pm. Yes transport was arranged. But once in the hotel they were not able to find bookings for people. Putting 5 people in 1 room. They have to figure out everything on their own. No guide is of help or of any knowledge.
@N_bgm20@Motawif_SA@MoHU_En My father is sharing a quad room with 5 people. There is 2 men sharing one bed in their room. Staff there are not aware of bookings made. My parents had to figure out everything by themselves. Please Allah help my parents. @Motawif_SA@Saudi_Airlines they need their luggage!
@AfreenMashadi@Motawif_SA No I didn’t call them but we did send them a lot of emails and dm’s. Most they would never get back to. I just received the email voucher at 1am.
