We have draft and traded about 5 fwds in the last yr or two, not sure any are the answer mind you, but I’m not sure we can afford what it would cost if we get Zak.

If it’s the kangas, maybe u take Goad. Regardless if we get Zak don’t think it matters if we don’t get much for butts.

Holmes, Smith, Danger they take and close space so quickly, which is vital with new rules. Zak Bailey, Izak, hopefully Sid Draper combined with some grunt. Get Bailey and 27-29 our window!

Hinge I don’t think is the answer HHK certainly could be on a ltd sample, Keane returning to full fitness and form will also make a big difference. The speed and agility around the ball especially at centre….

@FootyTragic2711 Sparrow u are going to have to over pay in FA and not convinced he’s a materially better player than berry or peatling. Ballard presume you’d have to give up something, assume he’d have others interested, but probably worth it if butts leaves.

If u also get him for no draft cost u have to pay for that and as u say when u have available cap u do it

@Crickettrag1965 @Scobey__ When u think do u pay sparrow a $1m, persist with what we have and hope there’s rapid improvement in Draper/curtin, or invest in 2 time premiership player, dynamic goal kicking mid. We’ve been responsible with SC, worth paying the $ to transform our midfield.

@Isaac__NBA But if you draft boozer and Johnson jr? Don’t think you’d be spending that bigger trade exception on a back up centre if you also bring in that talent, unless you had major concern with eddy’s fitness. Think you can use it and some draft capital number on a 1/2 player not a 6.

@Crickettrag1965 @FootyTragic2711 He makes a big diff if we can get him fit. The way he takes the game on with his kicking completely changes the dynamic. So predictable with butts, borlase, laird etc coaches dream defending that. Let’s hope his return and intro of HHK gives us a new more attacking look.
