Still on the topic of exposing ‘gurus’ in the trading industry ‼️

Earlier this year, a guru asked people in his community to get prop firm accounts, promising to help them pass Phase 1 and Phase 2 for free. His community trusted him and joined in.

He was sending signals alongside the exact risk percentage to use on each trade. Everything seemed smooth until market conditions changed and losses started piling up back-to-back.

But guess what?
It was only a 4% drawdown.

People immediately started dragging and indirectly mocking him with the same mantra he usually uses: “God can teach a man.”

Amidst all the criticism, he addressed the issue once and went offline for a few days. Maybe because, at the end of the day, he’s still human and has emotions too.

Then he came back online and insisted he was going to complete the challenge.

Not only did they recover the drawdown, they smashed Phase 1, and just last week, they smashed Phase 2 as well. Now they’re funded.

This might sound normal to some people, but the amount of work, focus, composure, and mental strength it must have taken is huge.

It’s one thing to trade for yourself.
It’s another thing entirely to carry people along, both the grateful ones and the entitled ones who are ready to devour you at the slightest opportunity.
