@parcelforce pls can someone get in contact- twice you have tried to deliver my parcel, I asked for it to be re delivered to post office yet you still tried to deliver to my house. I then booked a re delivery to a different address and you’re still trying to deliver to my home!!

@fstonehythedc This may seem like a small hill to die on, but when this repeatedly happens to women it’s frustrating. The same thing happened when we bought a house, the solicitor completely ignored me & spoke direct to my husband who had zero dealings with them at any point during the purchase

@fstonehythedc Slightly insulted that the council tax rebate letter is addressed to my husband only, yet both our names are on the council tax bill. Annoyed as I deal with all our finances yet FHDC seem to assume that a rebate can only be dealt with by a man. Do better FHDC

@MartinSLewis HMRC have sent me a letter trying to claim alleged overpayment of tax credits from 2017! Is this allowed. Were already up against it with money being tight and can’t afford £200…they haven’t event included any proof/figures, just a demand from a debt collector-help

@ofgem the link on your website for ‘insulation exemptions’ sends you to the RHI exemption PDF- does this suggest the exemptions will be the same for the BUS grant or is this an error? Pls advise as we have customers who want to know if their property will get the BUS grant

@NOWHelpTeam shocking service from you- you’ve cancelled my BB despite me twice calling to ask you not to as our house move has been delayed and now you can’t/won’t reconnect it for two weeks. I need a call back from a manager not one of your agents to rectify this.
