Sooooo… Dave thinks disagreeing with this level of destruction inflicted on a people (what many would call genocide) is somehow hateful.
GTFOH.
It’s highly likely that what we’re looking at used to be homes. Families lived there. Children slept there. People built their lives there.
At what point does defending your own right to exist cross the ethical line into denying someone else that same right?
At what point does the scale of destruction force you to confront what’s actually happening, regardless of which flag is attached to it?
I’m not sure what moral high ground you think you’re standing on, but you don’t get to claim it while dismissing the humanity of the people buried beneath the rubble.
And increasingly, the rest of the world isn’t buying that contradiction.
I might lose followers for this, but it must be said:
Netanyahu is a WAR CRIMINAL and his government uses White Phosphorus on women AND children.
He should be in prison!
On the same day @netanyahu, the fugitive co-murderer of Minab’s schoolgirls, is allowed to overfly Greece, France, Italy and Canada, Iranian civilians are denied overflight rights solely for being Iranian.
Tony Blair seeks to impose Netanyahu's "total victory" on Gaza in direct violation of the 10/25 ceasefire deal signed by Kushner and Witkoff, who are seated in the front row. Another shameless display of perfidy.
Blair mentions the National Committee for Administration created by the Board of Peace to govern Gaza. But he and the Board have done nothing to pressure Israel to allow it enter the besieged strip.
Worse, the Board has not lifted a finger to initiate reconstruction or humanitarian aid. Its entire focus has been on advancing Israel's agenda of permanent occupation and dispossession.
For every $100 the Board of Peace claims to have raised (out of a total of $7 billion), only $1.75 has gone to Gaza. To whom did the rest of the money go?
And while Blair pressures Palestinian resistance factions to disarm, his son, Nicky, has set up a weapons company that reportedly raked in part of a $2 billion+ contract with the UK Ministry of Defence.
“It is not Auschwitz, but it is genocide” (A Goldberg)
10,000 missing beneath the rubble.
Imagine the cries of babies, the calls of parents searching for them, fading into silence. No machinery to recover them.
A monstrosity we've been watching, rationalising, for 1,075 days
Adidas is facing global boycott calls after choosing a former Israeli soldier who lost his leg killing Palestinians in Gaza to be in an ad for amputees, while Israel's genocide has left tens of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza without limbs, many of them children.
