@AmazonHelp Am I going crazy. No acknowledgement for the fact that your website is misleading. Can you answer why your website is misleading it's customer's please?

@AmazonHelp However, on the Orders and Returns page on the item being returned, it says "...processed when we receive the item". It's already been confirmed to me that the item has been received. So if you're not going to issue the refund as stated, you need to change the wording.

@AmazonHelp You have already received the item. Nothing is said about processing the item. Even in your returns policy. The only thing said in your returns policy is "We will issue a refund, for a product shipped by Amazon, within a maximum of 14 days"
