#PritamAndPedro - A delightful and heartwarming show. And a welcome breather amidst all the heavy, toxic and chaotic content/atmosphere around us. It’s simple yet engaging. Funny yet heartfelt.

The initial 2-3 episodes are decent but the show keeps getting better with every passing episode. I wouldn’t call it path breaking or say we’ve never seen something like this before. As I said, its biggest strength lies in its simplicity and heart.

The final episode will fill your heart and leave you with the feeling that you’ve watched something genuinely good after a long time.

The Rajkumar Hirani influence is clearly visible in this beautifully directed series by Avinash Arun Dhaware.

This is exactly why many people never wanted Samay to collaborate with Netflix 🙏

- An actor came in pretending to be drunk
- Instead of making a joke, Samay first asked Alia if he could pull that scripted joke about her father
- He didn't hesitate for a sec to make jokes about Sharvari's career
- but when it came to alia, he took permission first
- Alia casually told him to do it quickly and then he made the "Mahesh Bhatt" joke as he is drunk most of the times

What disappoints me more is that Samay himself used to say that big companies wanted to buy his show and turn it into a promotional tool where he would have to work on their terms instead of his own. He always claimed he would never let that happen.

But watching this episode, it feels like money eventually won and it's just a scripted unfunny show now 🥲
