@moving_charlie don’t forget that pay rises are not that great after tax and NI is taken off. In normal times when you get a 2% “inflation matching” pay rise, it is only 1% after tax. Now employers are trying to give big pay rises to help - but after tax and NI ….

@moving_charlie watched the YouTube video about avg transaction prices. Would be good to explain with a spreadsheet showing say 100 x £250k and 100 x £500k properties and avg transaction - then reduce lower transaction numbers to illustrate affect on overall avg price
