The bar of the future is now... CHOH LAB! The name was inspired by the main component of beer, which is ordinary ethyl alcohol, a monoatomic alcohol with the formula C₂H₅OH ! The lab part of this equation is a nod to our collaboration with Punky Brewster, a local beer fillery!
