@ramit Deer in headlights. Mildly offended. Deeply uncomfortable like I just asked them a way too personal question. Sometimes disappointed like their dream is about to be shattered. I’ve learned how to talk them through it, but wow.

@sarahrmurdoch @Delta It’s very hard to justify the credit card fee now but I’ve had that card for many years so it will unnecessarily ding my credit score to cancel. I’m not a points chaser in general because “the house always wins” but this was one company and the service I got felt worth it.
