Here is yesterday’s workout session with my personal trainer/coach Austin Deal. Working out with my buddy Colt. He is only in middle school but he works harder than anybody I know and pushes me. Getting better everyday!

No rest days! Had a tournament Saturday and Sunday. Now back in the lab Monday putting some work in with my coach.

Had a rough weekend mentally with catching and that’s on me.

Watched over the film and fixing the issues now. Time to flush it and get back to the grind!!

This weekends stats:

Pretty solid weekend as a team, could’ve done better, but worked great together to do our job. Here’s my double and line drive that was diving catch at 3rd.

Tournament day!!! FTCC Trojan Field at J P Riddle Stadium 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM gametime!!
Sunday is at Freedom Christian 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM!!

Top of first, runner on third 2 outs. Down 1-0 and needed to get out of a jam. Block then pick off after watching him turn his back to me. Great communication between my third baseman and I.
