@jk_rowling@HJoyceGender “…the enemies of sense, sanity and the rule of law…”. Too often, in our politicized world, the rule of law becomes a trendy pop star, at odds with sense and sanity.
@Ilhan But wasn’t Louisiana ordered to redistrict in a way that would give minorities a better chance for more representation? I heard this at first but, unless it’s not true, why is no one commenting on it now?
@Riley_Gaines_ I don’t pay from statements like that. Call and tell them you need an itemized statement that you can audit before paying.
It seems like providing a statement of services rendered would be the default but, when it comes to medical bills, they expect you to just blindly pay.
@itsrosesm Honda Civic top speed 105. Up to 111 if you have a long enough, empty enough stretch of highway but the tires start making some scary noises up there so I stick with 105 as the top speed and it gets there pretty quick.

@pilgoth These days, written information is no better. Everyone fancies themselves a writer. They stretch the information out as long as they can, apparently, thinking this makes it more interesting rather than just getting to the point. Those time-wasters drive me nuts.
@JesterJum “Observable universe” is key. The whole universe is actually much, much larger. The immensity of the whole universe overcomes the immensity of the odds of life evolving. Life out there would encounter the same physics as we for us to meet. Unlikely to ever happen.
