I dislike how grey the market is. Definitely room for a lot of bad actors out there. Eh, I used to get my weed from sketchier places before the loophole though. Either reform or total legalization is the correct answer. Enabling state level cannabis will lead to unfair prices and skyrocketing the black market. All or none imo

Yes this is the problem. THCA is simply the precursor. I believe we should have moved towards regulation, higher tax and testing requirements, and made hemp and cannabis one legally. State cannabis programs rip us off, companies like Ascend in Ohio & Illinois are being sued for price gouging. It really sucks we didn’t aim to replicate Canada‘s cannabis laws. We already had the ground work.

I really wish we would have gotten regulation. The whole setup is very close to how Canada and some EU countries already do it. All they had to do was raise taxes for intoxicating products and raise requirements for testing. The market already exists, sadly people will continue to buy and sell online after the ban, hence the upcoming black market cannabis boom.

Germany banned most cannabinoids outside their medical program, now you can walk into a bong store and fry your brain with THX 🙄 thats where we are headed sadly

You are correct, but dramatic imo.

It’s bad, nobody should consume tobacco, but using a leaf or even a cigarillo gives a high that peels your head back.

You can control how fast a blunt burns with moisture/humidity. I make sure my cigarillos are stored at a high RH%, and I will straight up boil a leaf.

You can check the ash better by looking at the center from the front in a blunt.
