@NHSEngland@nhs_pensions@NHSProviders@FrimleyHC news today that Capita is to retain its role providing PCSE is the most bizarre way to spend £94million! They are an absolute shambles! Now 8 months since my application and 4 months since retiring- still no pension! stressful
#nhs applied October 2021 to PCSE to take my 24 hour retirement on 1/3/22. (2weeksAGO!) Despite multiple contacts, still no confirmation that AW8 is being processed. Start 1984 for NHS =38 years service. upset worried, under valued, anxious @NHSEastBerksCCG@nhs_pensions
@AlphWhisky You can only offer! Well done for offering - Sorry for the old lady - you do loads everyday to help people as everyone who works with you knows! ... compassion is a rare commodity today AW - thanks
I started my day at 8.30am. I was “Sifting” #GP. This meant I had to go through almost all requests for GP appointments - received by telephone, email, eConsult (via the practice website), hospital letters or electronic tasks from other clinicians in hospital or community.
@jowhiley Great news - diabetes and BP will most likely settle as effect of steroid wears off .... don’t worry too much - those are long term conditions, the real battle looks won!!! 😊
A long and heart felt appeal from local doctors nurses , religious and community leaders with a plea to all (especially those in the Muslim community) to accept the COVID 19 vaccine if offered. Please spread the message https://t.co/LYq6xEM16V
@DrSdeG They were not allowed their first dose yet!! Despite strong requests the JCVI catagories moved them from Emis group 1 ( in care homes) to much lower group .... devastating for families and carers and the patients 😢
@DrSdeG You do need to balance your need against the benefit of first dose to others. Just had 6+ve cases in our LD care home and one of those lovely young people died Tuesday - tbh rather you worried and she was alive, BUT ALL have had second doseS knocked back and DO sympathise +++
#LongCovid#postcovidsyndrome morning course from @GPHotTopics well done @drkatedigby and Dr Neal Tucker - interesting well planned thanks @FrimleyHub for sponsoring this - recommend all in Primary Care watch on-demand version available on NB Medical Dashboard !

@SimonBradley8 It would be a huge retrograde step to stop such meetings for several excellent reasons: vital education, dissemination of important organisational information, and networking - patients will suffer poor services WITHOUT them. 3 hours is way too long however for any meeting.
Being a brave boy at @CentreDatchet#flujab#nhs clinic Saturday morning - I collected a jab and the bill for 8 Costa coffee and cakes 🧁! Had to do something useful - thanks to everyone working this morning 😘
