@eDreams At least you should remove the estimated time next to it as it’s now one month! Also, I finally managed to speak with an agent on Thursday, 9th April and the decision was to go for the refund (got the confirmation email), not sure why you are processing the change of dates?!? 🤦🏻‍♀️
