A12: I’m busy right through graduation but I take notes along the way to remember what worked and what needs changes. After graduation I take a breath and then look to see what work has to be done for September. #rEDTECHguy
A11: I think some of the best advice I’ve ever received for teaching was never said just observed. It’s remarkable what you can learn from great teachers just by watching them work. #rEDTECHguy
A10: The worst advice that I ever received was to not buy twitter 😉 or was it not to come teach in Goshen. It was the latter but I’m certainly glad I didn’t listen. #rEDTECHguy
A8: I would encourage them to let go of the rigidity in their classrooms and assessments. Let students show you that they understand in a way that works for their learning style. I find it helps me improve just as much as my students. #rEDTECHguy
A5: It’s probably not what most people would find relaxing but I’ll be in my shop finishing up a long overdue project. I find the work to be great for my soul and completing a large project is cathartic. #rEDTECHguy
A5: That’s my favorite part. All the life lessons come from talking and listening to students. Those conversations are the ones they remember forever. #rEDTECHGuy
