@KitchenAid_CA disappointing customer service today. Upper rack on my dishwasher was supposed to be fixed "free of charge" only to have the repair person tell me the part that needs to be fixed isn't covered. So I have to pay $200 for a plastic part in a 3-yr-old dishwasher.
