Going to be testing types and duration of exercise on my blood energy, blood glucose and ketones. Theory is that steady state cardio will ⬇️BG &⬆️ketones In a fasted state while high intensity cardio & resistance will ⬆️BG & ⬇️ketones in the short term; 1/2hr post excersize.

@meat__vegan I know a few people with a case of corona... one has 12 bottles another has 6 bottles, & the other has cans. I think it affects the taste buds first... but at least they don’t have an advanced case where they think American beer tastes good!

@irondoctorDC Like old age? In Alberta there have only been a couple of fatalities in those under 60 & at least 1 of 2 had chronic lung problems. So why shut down the economy to save those not working. Just lock down the seniors!
