@MuppetMasher Appears to be a rehearsal, which on it's own is pretty sketchy. The narrative and charges were quickly cobbled together, in my opinion, after the big bang's aftermath. That would include the charges, but I have a feeling there was an option that Tyler wasn't around a day after.

@imelizabethlane In my experience in courtrooms, lawyers work very hard to not say the obvious truth so everything comes across as shakey and very odd. That said, all of Charlie's handlers are sitting behind them so any misstep cost them big time.

@joyfuljodi23 @AdmetosL feds not interviewing the only actual eye witnesses doesn't mean he wasn't there. In fact, there was no real investigation b/c they needed the manpower to explain away their planned .30-06 story after the unexpected neck wound. Owner wasn't there, so he's done talking.

@joyfuljodi23 @AdmetosL The only eyewitnesses to Tyler are those servers at the steakhouse. The owner-printed receipt is not been invalidated. Owner has decided to stop confirming things. We can make reasonable conclusions why the Feds won’t touch this. Defense knows Tyler’s story and is strategizing.
