"Life is a hard battle anyway. If we laugh and sing a little as we fight the good fight of freedom, it makes it all go easier. I will not allow my life's light to be determined by the darkness around me." Sojourner Truth
@gggirl924 So true, Jersey. Those chips and cracks are what taught us compassion and empathy. Yes, embrace your chips friends. Have a groovy Thursday.βοΈβοΈπ
@gggirl924 I'm a blue dot in a red state, and I was pleasantly surprised when a conservative backed amendment didn't pass in our recent primaries. That gives me hope for the midterms.
@gggirl924 Good morning, Jersey. It really does help to take the weekend off from the insanity, so thank you for the reminder. Have a peaceful weekend. βοΈπ
@gggirl924 My parents made me wait until I was 16 to get ny ears pierced, which I thought was so unfair at the time. I sure do remember that stinging when they had to be turned.
@gggirl924 I fell out of the back of a pick-up when I was 16. I was with a bunch of friends and I stood up when I should have been sitting. I guess my guardian angel was looking after me, because I didn't break any bones. I wouldn't recommend it though.π¬
@gggirl924 My grandma was an excellent seamstress. She made all of our Easter outfits, and even made my wedding gown. I didn't inherit that skill from her. π
@NikkifromAR Good morning, Nikki. 79Β° here. Looks like your zinnias are thriving this year. Have a wonderful Wednesday.βοΈππΊπΌπΌπ³π¦π¦π
@gggirl924 We did the same. It was called "draggin' the gut." Broadway was the name of our main street, but for some reason everyone called it the gut. I have no idea why.
