1. Build relationships with prospects: Connect on linkedin, get an intro, ask them for coffee, etc

Instead my email is filled every morning with approximately 96 unread emails. Typically 70-80 are junk. Cold, dead junk.
Stop it.
Anyone else going to adopt this strategy? I am urging you to do it.

New rule. You cold email me. I block you and report it to spam.
I did not come up with this strategy that was all @cuzzinjustin who apparently has had a zero inbox longer than I've been alive.
In all seriousness though you have to stop cold emailing. It doesn't work. It will never work.
My email is supposed to be for people who I am communicating with about important to semi important things that don't justify or need more organization than a call or text.
