Nick Reiner has been taken into custody following the deaths of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner. The latter were killed in their Los Angeles home on Sunday, Dec. 14. Sources previously told PEOPLE they were found by their daughter, Romy.

According to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department records, Nick Reiner was taken into custody and is being held on $4 million bail. Sheriff's Department records online note he is charged with a felony, but don't specify further.
