@TheCinesthetic It was a perfect ending. I always felt Robin and Ted were endgame. I suspected from Season 1 that the mom had passed away; it's the only way Ted's story made sense. In the final scene with the kids, they are the same age as in earlier seasons because it was filmed years before.
