@BriannaWu I guess I'm the exception. I have autism and I struggle socially a LOT, but my transness is much closer to the "old" style. ie desire to integrate into the binary, fully medically transitioned, non agp etc

@boymoderology @z9ey_ GPs generally don't deal with specialised fields, hence their name. You're right though that it is a relatively simple medicine to monitor, so this is a shame.

@boymoderology @z9ey_ I'm not sure that's true. In my case at least, it's the GIC that prescribes and monitors my hormones. I have a shared care agreement so that I get the meds through the GP, but even if I didn't I could take my prescription to any pharmacy I want to get them.
