@kgreen46 @Mr_Husky1 Everyone’s experience is different so the argument will live on but we went on 1 vacation a year. 1.5 hour drive to the So Jersey shore with extended family. We ate packed lunches on the beach & Mom cooked every meal so we’d have $ for the boardwalk rides. Best memories ever.

@tyromper Gen Jones here - born at the end of Boomer Gen. My kids’ dad never took them anywhere. Didn’t watch them so I could do errands. I worked a high stress job. It was exhausting. But can’t think of any couples where the husband did much with the kids. Happy to see that’s changed.
