@virginmedia Had issues with broadband for 19 days now! Constantly cutting out. Customer service have given me 3 different dates for when it'll be fixed but nothing. Now the automated message says it'll be fixed at "12pm" no date! It's said this for 4 days now. Awful service!

@virginmedia OK, B90 3HU is the full postcode. Haven't been given an outage number. All I've been told is they there's "A fault with a box in your local area".
