A lot of people on the "right" don't fully comprehend the extreme situation England is in. I do. Which is why Lowe's announcement yesterday has restored my belief that political salvation is at hand. Lots of chatter about "vote-splitting" but they are all wrong. There is only one thing of crucial importance and that is a man exists who clearly knows what has to be done and is prepared to do it. Nothing else matters. If the votes split as a result it won't be the fault of Lowe, it will be the fault of the voters voting elsewhere.

Here's an analogy to make this simple: Four taxis exist, three of them are weedy two wheel drive Skoda's; one is a Land Rover Defender. Your destination lies at the top of a steep muddy hill. The three Skoda drivers tell you they have no intention of tackling the hill even if they wanted to. The Defender driver is Lowe; he tells you to hop aboard and he will get you home no matter what. You have three friends with you. You put the choice of cars and drivers to a vote. If they don't vote for the Lowe/Defender they are not just vote splitters - they are idiots.

The vehicle is important. The driver is important. The intent is important. Voting for the only thing that works is important.

You could also say the same about Japanese women; they’re not all JAV princesses, many are very average and normal indeed.

@BasilTheGreat But the idea of country bans for WORK visas is strange; the only real criteria should be their ability to do a job that we really can’t. That’s how most sane countries work; a Westerner can’t just get a job as a cashier in 7-11 in SE Asia for that reason. Engineers? Maybe.
