@SargentoHighwa4 3 weeks ago, we had the Q-report and pressentation. We were informed about the healthy cash position to secure the ramp-up, specialy after $25M pre-payment by Trafigura. So the question is; had they suddenly realized that they need $40M extra? Dont't think so.

@SargentoHighwa4 Hi @SargentoHighwa4. While I agree with you, the problem (at tleast for me) lies when we open to the big picture here. Then I find some issues of lack of transparency/trust. Why? Because half of that raising is for securing the ramp up by strengthening the cash position.

@jfostertm I was not pleased with the explanations of the legal situation. A lot of open fronts and no solid response from the company. Maybe nothing happen, but I see solid risk for some upleaseant surprise. At current valuation I closed my position. Too much risk for me at this valuation
