conference schedule for CMID2026 is out -- our presentation on incentive compatibility in decentralized mechanisms (it's possible!) is scheduled for the morning of June 24th.
am glad the presentation is on the second day, as it gives a bit of time to adjust to the other presentations. i'm not sure how familiar most of the crowd will be with non-revelation equivalent mechanisms. nonetheless, started working on translating the Beyond Hurwicz paper into a 25 minute presentation on the treadmill this morning and... it is hard.
So you've heard about $SAITO but haven't yet used it?
Figured it's all just technical stuff with no actual use case?
This thread 🧵is for you.
Meet the @SaitoOfficial App ecosystem:
A few years ago, I could install an app, use it and move on.
Now everything wants:
• A subscription
• An account
• My phone number
• My data
• My attention.
The internet stopped feeling open a long time ago.
That’s why @SaitoOfficial caught my attention.
A 👇🧵
🔧 Okay, time for the cool tech part! How does $SAITO actually work under the hood? Let’s talk Saito Consensus and the magic of Routing Work – explained simply, no PhD required. This is what makes it different. 🧵 #SAITO#Web3
@2xnmore For me Saito. Doesnt guanantee anything, but the most unique project out there with the most unique and strongest consensus mechanism...Routing Work
Fresh off the web: a Saito update.
Today, a Mainnet update and deep dive into some rust updates we are working on.
A little bit on AI and project activities.

@BigBrotherWatch We have built the network and dapps to help with:
>direct p2p calls straight from your (phone) browser
>direct file transfer via blockchain
>annonymus wallet with option to save
>social media with your own algos
>publishing without databses
Say no to mass surveillance.
We've been flat out this week. We'll drop a full video update early next week.
Too keep you all in the loop here is a quick summary of what's been doing on:
- Core: Peer management refactor shipped as part of a simpler networking stack. Less operational friction for node runners + devs.
- A Store update landed after the core change to atomize multi-part NFTs. You can now mint + list fractional smart NFTs with a cleaner setup flow. Try it on https://t.co/2a1nWI2AsT (mint → list → test store setup). Feedback appreciated.
- An Arcade refactor is done. We’re setting it up for what’s next (useful for gamers and non-gamers alike) watch this space.
- Ongoing refactors for AI-assisted dev workflows. Better internal tooling, and room for higher-quality UI without web 2.0 frameworks.
- Outreach is moving fast: new art + copy team is helping us reach beyond the cryptosphere into open and free internet communities.
- Ape Bond round 2 is live → https://t.co/IAR5gcJrWe
This is a great way to support the project and get SAITO at a discount.
This week something a little different.
We have been working a bit with AI tools and thought it's time to update the community on how AI fits into the Saito Roadmap.

500,000 blocks bundled.
Millions of transactions processed.
6 ATR cycles complete.
Saito’s economic loop keeps turning.
Another orbit around the sun of decentralized infrastructure.
Saito x ApeBond — unlocking a new funding engine for the network.
We’ve partnered with @ApeBond to launch $SAITO Bonds, a mechanism designed to grow the token through acquisition and help protocols secure funding to keep building.
A new way for the community to participate in the network’s long-term growth will soon be available. Get ready.
🗓 Launching March 9th — 17:00 UTC
We are glad to be partnering with @SaitoOfficial team. $SAITO Bonds are coming soon, opening a new funding engine for the network and new opportunities for the community.
Added another 10M $SAITO during the lows at $0.00065 avg.
I genuinely doubt we ever see these prices again.
Now holding 20M $SAITO.
If it dips again, I’m bidding more.
Conviction 🥇

In which David and Richard update everyone on:
New NPMS and rust dev, NFT atomization support, dynamic peer management, and a big Arcade refactor.
As well as everything going on with outreach and a.... foreshadowing...
