@theWellRedMage FFVII was the first Final Fantasy I played. But the first RPG I played I don’t even think I realized it was an RPG. It was Battletech: The Crescent Hawk’s Inception. I also played LoZ II Adventures of Link around the same time if you count that one.

@theWellRedMage First I’d welcome the time-traveller and/or cave person to the 21st Century. Then I’d recommend for the newer entries New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. I’d also suggest they check out Super Mario Bros. All-Stars on the Switch Online SNES catalog.

@theWellRedMage I’d really love a new turn-based Final Fantasy. I don’t see it happening, because Square-Enix seems so vehemently opposed to it. There’s a demand for it, they’d be stupid not to capitalize on it, but that’s never stopped Sqenix before.

@JoshStrifeHayes I loved the video. Easy difficulty is there for a reason, and I definitely used it on my first play through. I was disappointed you missed out on the DLC. Warden’s Keep, Return to Ostagar, and Shale all have main story content that’s very useful in the game.
