@Lufthansa_DE it's been two weeks now since we come back from Frankfurt to Dusseldorf, and there is no news about our luggage. We call everyday to @Lufthansa_DE and they are unable to provide any kind of information. I want to escalate to wherever possible, this is ridiculous!!

@Lufthansa_DE Thanks for the efforts, however this does not resolve my problem. Plus I have very important things that I need from my luggage and most things should be ruined by now. I haven't even heard about any kind of compensation! Never expect this from @Lufthansa_DE @maluscholl

@Lufthansa_DE Thanks for replying, finally someone is paying attention. First of all, we call the phone number in the PIR form and it doesn't even exist. Then we call other Lufthansa phone numbers and they keep saying it will arrive next day, we have been hearing this for 2 weeks and nothing!
