3. Jonaiki Martinez Estrella-LIFE without parole.

4. Antonio Santiago Rodríguez Hernandez-25 to LIFE

5. Elvin Garcia-25 to LIFE

Sentencing for Diego Suero and Frederick Then is expected to happen some time in Sept. In NY, a 2nd Degree Murder conviction is 15-25 yrs in Prison. However, Diego Suero is still facing charges for attempted murder and conspiracy in relation to some Manhattan stabbings from 2017.

6. Ronald Ureña: He was riding in one of the cars used to chase Jr and flee the scene after Jr was killed. He attended the meeting at Diego Suero’s house and participated in the hunt for Sunsets. #JusticeForJunior

The 8 remaining Trinitarios charged with 2nd Degree Murder along with 8 other charges have court dates in July. These court dates are still for the purpose of dealing with pretrial matters. Due to COVID-19, these dates are subject to change. #JusticeForJunior

5. Jose Tavarez: He participated in the foot chase that led to the bodega.; was the 1st one to enter the bodega after Jr. He’s also the one who saw Jr’s head pop up from behind the counter and immediately went back outside to alert the others Jr was inside. #JusticeForJunior

Two years ago you were ripped away from your family and friends in the most horrendous way possible. You should be with your friends graduating & celebrating such a joyous milestone in your life, but the violent actions of your killers took that away within a blink of an eye.
