It has now been a week and I am still waiting for an update - your ‘investigations’ have been going on for 4 months!!

@MissSonechm @TowerHousewares From Amazon - I’ve chosen to try to get it sorted by @TowerHousewares however I have now been told by them that as my insurance company is dealing with the damage from the fire they won’t give me a refund for the item!

@TowerHousewares@nush_foods No it’s not being dealt with - your manager is refusing to talk to me any more since I told her that my insurance company is dealing with the replacement work top that your product damaged by setting on fire - and she is refusing to give me the refund I am legally entitled to!
@TowerHousewares@nush_foods Yes I have, however now that that person knows that my insurance company is involved you are refusing to give me a refund - even after admitting that the product was faulty and was the cause of the fire - am sure this is breaking the law?!

@TowerHousewares That’s strange because I sent a new email from a different email address and you replied to that one within the hour! Never known any company that customers can’t talk to someone over the phone!
@TowerHousewares please can you speak to your ‘customer service’ team who are completely ignoring my emails - didn’t expect to be ignored but then again I didn’t expect my air fryer to set on fire either!
