Just completed a sobering gathering of our Prairie churches at their Regional EQUIP Conference where the delegates approved a Motion (12-7-1)to remove three member churches from the region- a sad, heavy meeting. RD Mark Breitkreuz addresses the grief and led delegates in prayer

Our FebCentral ‘Stronger Together’ Conference was hosted in Barrie, ON at Emmanuel Baptist with the theme, ‘Stronger in the Word’ with 605 delegates in attendance. We honoured Joan Lambert who retires this summer after serving our churches for the past decade - thanks Joan!

At our Pacific Regional IMPACT conference we honoured David Horita (RD) and Krista Penner after many years of service to the region. Also heard from Northwest Sem President Barton Priebe on the $10 million Lilly Foundation grant recently awarded to our school. A great conference

A call to the entire Fellowship family to pray for our CCT team (Complementarian Congruence Team)as they gather Feb 9-10 in Toronto to begin discussions on a possible revision of the 2025 AoF article #9, ‘The Church’ and ensuring congruence with Fellowship Nat’l binding documents

Our National Chair, Jon Stairs & members of our Affirmation of Faith team ably led our delegates thru the approval of 13 of 14 of our new AoF articles. The proposed article’The Church’ did not meet the necessary 75% threshold, and so our 1953’Local Church’ article remains#FNC2025

Visited Heritage Grace Baptist Church on the 5th anniversary of this church, a daughter work of Grandview Church both located in Kitchener, ON. I’m feeling very grateful today for our church planters who’ve help plant 143 churches since 2010. Thanks Pastor Aaron Roeck. Well done!

I visited Maple Avenue Baptist Church, Georgetown, ON this evening for their 70th Church Anniversary. A marvellous milestone. A joy-filled celebration of God’s faithfulness! Thank Pastor Yuta for the opportunity to share God’s Word and share this wonderful moment with everyone.

Visited Oxford Baptist Church, Woodstock, ON today on the Grand Opening of their building. A church celebrating 135 years of God’s faithfulness who remain ‘on mission’.
What a joy to share this day with Pastor Robin & Gwen Pifer and the Oxford church family! A beautiful building!

Enjoyed a visit to Parkdale ‘East’ Church this afternoon and blessed by a baptism of three believers! Been many baptisms in our local churches these days- just this summer I heard of one church our West who baptized 100 believers in an outdoor Service and another baptizing 18!
