@MauiBoyMacro What do you think allowed for / caused the stock market to become so wildly disconnected from the real economy? Things were disconnected badly before the ai bubble imo. Ty for your feedback
@m3_melody@buysidenotes Even if that is overestimating, the fact that this is even a ballpark possibility is shocking and will quickly exhaust the undersupply narrative quickly as it compounds.
@m3_melody@buysidenotes I think I remember hearing on a recent interview you did that from here on out for next 10 years plus, some back of napkin math can expect listings to increase 30% every year due to silver tsunami. Did i hear you correctly?
@m3_melody Same, I am not just using 1 chart. And it differs by region, I am mostly using reventure consulting's tool to track inventory growth, DOM and price cuts.
@m3_melody Hey Melody, do you think at some point this cycle we will see a rush for the exits effect where older existing home owners realize peak prices are a thing of the past and real price declines are here? Causing a rush of new listings to sell?
@m3_melody Hey Melody, there was an article from NARs chief economist Lawrence Yun predicting the average home will be $1 million as millennials approach retirement. Do you think there is any truth to this claim or more sales person talk? https://t.co/VfbpEWPdz7
@SkylarSkynyx Hey this turned out really good! My wife and i sometimes like to split these down the middle and each do a side like this one. I colored the right side
@MarathonDevTeam Really enjoying duo's. However, sometimes on both perimeter and dire marsh the maps can feel very quiet because without teams of 3 everyone moves around the map much more carefully and silently. Maybe add an additional team spawn for duos to create more engagement?
@jonbrooks Jon, honest question here, why are you buying stocks when you regularly talk about the a housing bubble, private credit bubble and possible stock market bubble in your videos?
@jonbrooks Not only that, Millennials and younger generations have largely no interest in mcmansion type homes, sq footage for the sake of sq footage. Add to that declining birth rates and family formation...
@jonbrooks Do you think it will be this spring / summer season where the market begins to unfreeze and active listings begin to increase in the sunbelt region, or do you still think we are another year or two from that?
@m3_melody Hey Melody, some intel. This is from metrotex the MLS for DFW. Reporting double digit price decline in collin county and absolutely stunned. Collin county is a wealthy area and frequently ranked one of best areas to live (plano, mckinney), suburbs north of dallas.
@m3_melody I am just a photographer at the company, we have a marketing team and higher ups that do that. As far as I know no plans on that yet, but also I think I would start noticing it myself. I check the listings I shoot pretty often and have not really seen any FHA foreclosures yet
@m3_melody Sellers that already have photos could certainly be possible. I work at one of largest home / architectural photography firms in Texas and I know others competitors are also experiencing this slow start. 2025 was my slowest on record for me as well.
