Glitchless unrestricted is considering allowing hover boosting, since it's just a name given to high speed abuse of hover boots' low deceleration, and putting a speed cap on wearing hover boots is pretty arbitrary.

Some great strats are going to come out of this if it's allowed.

@FemboySkiing This is a crappy excuse for any% . Finishing a game means resolving the games problem ie killing Ganon. Making the credits role (not even the whole end sequence) is not akin to saving hyrule. OoT had one of the most amazing things ever with warping from deku straight to Gabon..
