Good morning! Someone out there is wishing for the opportunity you have today. Be grateful and give it your best.
What’s one thing you’re grateful for this morning?
Just a friendly reminder because social media will have you confused.
- Men need women.
- Women need men.
- 50/50, 100/0, 70/30 is cool - DO YOU!
- A cheater will cheat on anyone.
- Being single is fine if you're happy.
- There is nothing wrong with a 9-5.
- Health is wealth.
- Social Media is not real.
I’ve spent too much time hiding. Today, I’m choosing visibility. 🫶🏽

1. Be vigilant in keeping your conversations, inboxes, direct messages, emails, & texts PURE.
2. Beware of those who use phrases like "this is between us," "you can trust me," or "I won't tell anyone" to get you to lower your guards or remove your boundaries.
3. Anything sown in secret is subject to a public harvest.
4. So be loving; but not lenient. Be friendly but firm. Be compassionate but clear.
5. Don't tolerate inbox chatter that would compromise your character or taint your testimony.
6. Let the last time you did it be the last time you will ever do it.
I hope this is clear?
My girls and I are growing together.
In a few years’ time, we’ll be introducing each other like this:
“She’s a founder.”
“She’s a CFO.”
“She’s doing her PhD.”
“She’s building something amazing.”
We’ll all be in different rooms, chasing different dreams. Bi idhnillah💕

July was the good, the bad, and the ugly for investors.
After a brutal June sell-off, July reminded everyone why investing is as much about psychology as it is about numbers.
The market is still battling between the 🐂 bull and the 🐻 bear.
Some days the bulls win. Some days the bears win.
But historically, quality companies tend to reward patient investors.

“I became a talent manager… by marriage.” 😅
What started as helping her husband navigate the chaos of the film industry turned into something much bigger.
What @LadyToyosi_EE saw was simple:
✨ Talent was there… but structure was missing
✨ Opportunities existed… but value wasn’t being maximized
Sometimes, your biggest opportunity comes from solving a problem right in front of you.

Nigerians are actually wicked people. There was a guy at my workplace who handled cleaning an entire four-storey building with multiple wings all by himself. He didn’t just stop there. he also took care of the compound and the grass every single day. Many mornings when I got to the office as early as 6am, he’d have gotten to the ground floor. Yet, from what I heard, he was being paid next to nothing.
Now, the whole building has been noticeably dirty for about two weeks. I asked around this morning and found out he has left, and they haven’t been able to replace him. Honestly, that job isn’t something even two people can handle effectively. it realistically needs at least four people. But when they had someone doing it all so effortlessly, they still couldn’t pay him a fair wage.
If that same guy were working in a more structured country, he’d likely be earning enough to actually save and build a life. What makes it even worse is the high service charges being collected across the building.
Nigerian employers really need to do better in 2026. Fair pay for honest work shouldn’t be negotiable.
You cannot keep using the same approach and expect a different result.
Growth begins the moment you become intentional about your decisions and willing to do things differently.
The change you want starts with one bold decision.
