I emailed my departments to get information on whether I need to secure a supervisor and what the procedure for funding is; Fortunately, all the departments are fully funded for PhD and I do not need to contact any profs.

My SOP highlights my research experience and goals, personal strengths, background, successes, rationale for choice of school and department, and other attributes that will help my application stand out. I continue to write and re-write it, perfecting it day by day.

My CV is styled in the CV format of the CVs of US school professors with whom I potentially will work. Transcripts from my two schools are ready. The direct conversion of my CGPAs to the USA grading scale is at least 3.0, hence I do not need a WES Evaluation.

I also learned from your pinned threads the importance of reaching out to Professors who can attest to my research prowess, personality strengths, and academic capabilities in a recommendation letter - I have secured 4! My line manager at work is also willing to write one for me.
