Today is National #WearRedDay, a day to Rock your Red in support and awareness for Women's Heart Health. Your red attire is a powerful statement of support because losing even one woman to cardiovascular disease is too many. ❤️

#AiCommSummit
FemmeBright Health is committed to improving the lives and health outcomes for the 40 million females in the US and Canada who are living with an autoimmune condition.
Chances are, you know someone who is living with an autoimmune disease like MS, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. Approximately 50 million Americans have been diagnosed with at least one autoimmune disease, not to mention those who are still searching for a diagnosis
The stark reality is that autoimmunity predominantly affects females. In fact, 80% of people affected by these chronic conditions are female who are left to navigate their lifelong health journey largely on their own.

Watch this #menopause video from @PublicisUK that features the experiences of four people - Lori, Max, La Cher and Éimi - who provide considerable insight into the complexities of menopause. ➡️ https://t.co/2hItVt1K0v
Today is #WorldMenopauseDay – a day to #breakthebias and speak more candidly about how menopause impacts women around the world.
There is a colossal gap with respect to awareness, understanding and appropriate treatment of menopause and its associated symptoms.
The theme of this year’s campaign, #timetobelieve, is very fitting. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not real. Instead of dismissing, judging and/or avoiding, let’s be understanding, compassionate, supportive, provide encouragement, and let’s start believing!
This week is #InvisibleDisabilitiesWeek, an awareness campaign that many women with autoimmune conditions can relate to. Most women suffering from autoimmune conditions experience symptoms that aren't obvious to the naked eye, yet are painful and disrupt their quality of life.
