Passenger I'm dropping off at Salesforce tower: ...So, do you own your place in the Richmond?
Me: ...
Me: Do you think I'm flying a fucking plane rn?
#livinginsf#lyftdriver#lyftsf#minimumwage
Me: *is in the far left turn lane, in rush hour traffic*
Passenger: "Can you pull over right here actually, I wanna grab coffee."
#drivingforlyft#lyftsf
Tell me why this man made me feel less than human by completely ignoring me the entire ride... like blantantly not answering me when I spoke to him... and then tipped me $10? What kind of techie insult is this? #sf#techie#sendhelp
Me: *Sees an open space on fell street to pull over safely and not block traffic literally 15 feet away from drop off location.*
Every Techie: ...
Me: ...
Every Techie: "Uhh...This is fine I guess????" *slams my door*
#drivingforlyft#lyftdriver#lyft#sf
Every Techie: So how do you feel about self-driving cars?
Me: I don't know enough about them to have an opinion. To be honest I feel like...
Every Techie: *begins long rehearsed monologue on autonomous cars*
Me: ... Totally.
Every Techie: *gets out without saying thank you*
Me: Writes down long elaborate plans to make my car more fun and cute for my passengers.
Also me: Can't manage to scrounge up 8 quarters to vacuum the rainbow sprinkles off the back seat. #drivingforlyft
Making my own schedule with Lyft is great. If some weathy Noe Valley woman says something snide to me, I can totally just turn my app off for 20 mins and cry in the Safeway parking lot. It's so convenient. #drivingforLyft
