I for one am glad that I don't have to go through this sort of thing anymore and strongly empathise with anyone who didn't get the results they were expecting. It'll be OK (I promise!)

After an excellent performance in the BUCS regionals last year, the W1s and M1s will be spending this season in Northern Tier 1, and the M2s will be in Norther Tier 2! Watch this space for when our teams are revealed in the coming semester!

Every week starting Saturday 15th October we'll be having strength and conditioning training 12:30-13:30 pm at the Main Hall of the York Sports Centre.
A sign-up form will be sent out soon.
We're excited to announce our training dates for the upcoming year. Training will begin on the 4th October, with our first beginners' session of the year!
We're really looking forward to seeing you all and can't wait for training to begin again!
