It has been over a week since I reported the issue of high ping on my JioFiber connection.

Despite providing all necessary diagnostics (ping, tracert, speed test, gameplay video), the issue remains unresolved.

I pay ₹500/month and expect reliable service.

@JioCare It’s already been over 5 days since I raised the issue, and waiting frim
I also contacted Valorant (Riot Games) support.They confirmed the issue is not from their side, but with the ISP routing.
Please escalate this to your Tier 2/Network team ASAP.
