@HR_Hour It’s like a customer relations team that doesn’t talk to customers. sure, they exist but are generally awful and devalues the customer in the relationship. This approach would do the same. Why *wouldn’t* you want people to be able to speak to HR?

On a wellness retreat. Tonight I took my inhaler from my bag, took a big deep breath in and sucked a beetle into my mouth. Obviously then screamed and spat him across the room. Possibly the worst thing that’s ever happened to me #wellnesssucks
