Terrible customer care @FedEx @FedExHelp. 3 denied/closed support tickets and 6+ hours on the phone since the 22nd of June when this was supposedly “delivered” to my front door which I do not have. 3 weeks later it appears at my door randomly like this along with a letter (pt 1)

Fedex will fuck your package. They do not put “customer satisfaction” as their main priority. My boys fendi turned into a Wendy the way they fucked it and let it soak in the road. #fendisummer #fedex

I also mentioned I could provide 24 hour footage from the cameras on our package room from the day they said it was “delivered” and they said they would email to collect the info. Of course they never emailed.
