@rocjon74 @ElephantLeva @TRobinsonNewEra He didn't mention it in the 2 minutes that henry was handcuffed..2 minutes is a fairly quick time to assess a situation and act which they did, they did a quick check, and called for an ambulance..it would not have made any difference to the outcome however soon they acted.

Even if he had been checked immediatly, henry would not have survived his injuries..It is easy to blame police in hindsight, but they often have to act first and think later.
