Practically all other nations didn’t win whatever wars they participate in either as of recent memory, quite an difficult venture like we see in Iran or Ukraine

Same case for Al Queda/Taliban - they’ve effectively banned music and women’s rights (yes, there are laws)

And not to mention, Russia is losing wars recently outside of Ukraine too - the U.S only has one aircraft carrier in that region, not exactly most of its forces
