P2 have been learning how to make an emergency 999 call in an emergency. They acted out making a 999 call with scenario cards/games. Then looked at what is a real emergency situation. @EACHWBteam @EacEducation

P6 had a visit from Heart Start Scotland, where they learned all about how to save a person’s life. They learnt how to put someone in the recovery position, safely deliver CPR, and access and use a defibrillator. @EacEducation @EACHWBteam

🌍 To celebrate Earth Day, P3/4 spend some time outside and they planted sunflower seeds.  They have also been learning about time so they used natural materials to make clocks! @EACattainment @eaclost @EACDigi_LfS @STEMedscot

P4/5 have collected and collated data on food waste and transport in Fenwick Primary and they have created graphs to show the data in a variety of formats. We then calculated the ‘mean’of clean plates over 4 weeks. @EACDigi_LfS @STEMedscot @EacEducation

🌎 Science Week in P3/4 included visits from GE Aerospace and Dean Park Rangers, carrying out experiments exploring the lungs and their digestive system. They also had a Climate Change lesson delivered by some of our fantastic Eco Committee members!
