@Max_B_Shepherd We'd love to give more solid information but we feel its just as important to keep communication open and consistent rather than just be silent whilst we try to get everything fixed.

@OldSchoolRS Apparently its all of runescape not just osrs so this is a bigger deal than just someone pressing wrong button be patient they will put bandaid on and fix it up.
We believe we'll be able to provide a better indication on when to expect Old School RuneScape services to return within the next hour.
While our news pages remain unavailable, we'll continue to provide updates via our social channels as we're able to.
@Pidbullz@OldSchoolRS Well the least likely event would be server compromised by hackers/infiltrators. It could easily have been something simple that hasnโt been discovered but im sure they will fix it
@Michael03740301@OldSchoolRS Well things can certainly get better. I know what those days are like Michael and as long as you keep trying to put a smile on it will get better my friend. Even if you never win the race, trying is better than not trying at all.
We are continuing to work with our Data Centre providers on getting a clear timeline on the issue.
We are also working on alternative Plan B solutions to restore services if needed.
We really appreciate the continued patience as we work to get the game back online ASAP.
There is an active issue at the Centre which is currently being assessed. Our engineers have arrived on site and are syncing up with the Data Centre team.
We'll share any expected timelines as soon as we have them.

@DoorDash I cannot believe how trash your customer service is, and you are completely okay with it. 1 agent said they were going to refund me, processed no refund. 2nd agent said he would fix it and refund me and send email and then adds credits with no refund. You're a joke.
@DoorDash_Help Your dumb driver delivered my order to the wrong address stating they felt "unsafe" then when I asked for support to resend order, they allowed SAME driver to then redeliver the order to the SAME WRONG ADDRESS. and your support refuses to refund me. REFUND ME NOW!
